After initially feeling a bit dismissed by service when my vehicle wouldn’t connect to pretty much anything, Trevor and his team went above and beyond to diagnose and replace the apparently defective telecommunications unit in my QX60. They brought me a really nice loaner and Trevor kept me posted on the status of the repair. He made sure all of the connections were working before arranging to have my car brought back to me.
Every Infinity member has been absolutely helpful, trustworthy and knowledgeable. Can’t say enough about Robert Moler who really helped me with my car. It was the first time in decades of owning an Infinity that I ever needed service and they provided top notch! Including the beautiful loaner car that now I want to buy next! I’ll continue to be an Infinity car owner!

I bought a certified 2023 QX60 two weeks ago. Yesterday I was driving in the rain storm and water began pouring into the top of the cabin through the cloth dripping on electronics and everything else. I have reached out to Crest three times in 24 hours to the sales person, call center and Managing Partner that leads the dealer group Mike Brosin. I made an unplanned last minute decision to stop by Crest on a random Saturday afternoon for a state inspection on my INFINITI. Never been to this dealership before. Although service was within an hour or so of closing, they got me in right away and got it done. They even managed to find time to wash my car after I had no expectations of them doing so considering the time of day. If I’m in the area again for a service,
I feel Crest INFINITI looks out for the customer instead of trying to get the most money out of the consumer. It's a mindset from all service advisors. This is the only dealer where I feel more comfortable bringing in instead of doing it myself or going elsewhere. It's an unusual but great feeling!

I reached out to Crest INFINITI in Frisco, Texas regarding a pickup truck they had available. I requested the OTD pricing and Carfax. I asked the salesperson, Jeanie (“Genie”), specifically, “Do you have any annulment fee or extra fees outside of dealer fee, tax, and tags?” She responded no. Then I receive the buyer’s order. Guess what is there? Extra fees.

The service was great while in person at Crest & the sale process. However, after the deal was done, they could care less! We called & called and left several messages just wanting to ask a simple question, but no one was ever available or would ever return our calls.

Crest infinite, Great Service they make getting your vehicle serviced a great experience with there great staff.
Purchased a car and second key fob is not programmed to the car. The manual key does not fit the door. Need a second key programmed but we live in Waco, TX and the dealer wants us to drive back to the dealership, which is not an option.

Totally satisfied with my warranty service. Vehicle was towed by INFINITI Roadside service without any issues. Loaner vehicle was provided and service was completed in 1 day, in on Monday completed on Tuesday.
