My experience purchasing the G37 Infiniti couldn't have been better. Talon Kuhns, who sole me the car was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He worked with me to get the car and deal that worked best for me. He has kept in touch since to make sure that I am happy with the car. O would recommend Crest Infiniti to anyone looking for great service and a great car. Ask for Talon.

Service Department is a rip off... Bought my car here and had a good experience. Took my car in for the 30K mile service. Was charged for items that I have since found out where not performed. Now that the factory warranty is about to expire, will not be returning for sales or service.

Excellent service, no surprises, dealt the price I was wanting. Good trade in value, excellent financing. He people at the dealership were very helpful in finding me the exact vehicle that I was looking for in the DFW area. Other dealers did not have the knowledge of vehicle that they did.

We were greeted promptly when we arrived and directed to Caleb as our Sales Consultant. Caleb took time to determine what we were looking for from a model and equipment perspective and was able to find the right vehicle in the right color for us. Once we made the purchase decision all finance options were presented clearly to allow us to pick the plan that was most favorable. Everyone of the employees we met was personable, relaxed and focused on us. We were especially pleased to be able to drive away in our new car that evening.

Our experience with Crest and in particular Jeffery Browning, Jody Brosin and Fielding was very informative as well as pleasant. "Tux" was very knowledgeable about the EX35 and answered all questions we could possibly think of. The showroom was warm and inviting and all sales personnel were very friendly. Crest Infiniti will be our first choice for future car purchases.

From the time we walked in Caleb was there to help us out in any way he could. We new that we were in the market for a vehicle, he showed us several models that fit the description of what we needed. We went on a test drive where Caleb showed us the great features of the car and answered all of our questions, he was extremely knowledgeable about the specifics of the vehicle. Once we decided to purchase the vehicle the finance team was extremely pleasant and explained all of the detail of the contract in a good amount of detail so that we could make informed decisions about any extras that we wanted to purchase. There was no feeling of being rushed through, we were treated as though the only reason that they were there was for us.

We had a very good experience at Crest Infiniti and would recommend it to anyone. The next time we need a new car we will definitely go there again!!

Jeff is highly enthusiastic and knowledgeable about Infiniti, their products and services, and himself. He actively listened to what we were looking for and quickly understood that the G37 was for me and not my husband. Jeff captured my imagination at how much fun it would be to own and drive the G37. He fully explained all the features of the car and took us for an exhilarating test drive! This experience was so strong, that the other competitors were literally, 'left in the dust'. Jeff introduced us to the sales management and service teams and made us feel like VIPs. The transaction was completed swiftly and with the greatest courtesy. In the very beginning Cedric said that he wanted to make the entire process very easy for me. Cedric certainly lived up to his promise. The entire process consisted of six e-mail conversations and one pre-visit to the dealership. Then of course the trip to the dealership to sign papers and pick up the car. I even commented to Cedric that I was not accustomed to this type of treatment and was still waiting for "the big surprise". Well that surprise never happened. I am extremely pleased with my experience at Crest Infiniti. You are actually treated like a customer, and not as if you were prey, like so many other dealerships seem to treat potential buyers today.

I didn't know what to expect while purchasing a new car. Caleb Brosin was our sales rep and he made this experience "seamless" and easy. I am so excited about using the concierge service and everything they offer when owning a FX35. Caleb was superb and I would ask for him if I were you when shopping at Crest Infiniti.

Jeff (Tux) did a great job and helped me with my new car purchase. I HATE buying a car, but this experience changed my attitude. The attention, concessions and attitude of everyone involved was 'top notch'. I would highly recommend buying a car from Crest Infiniti...I love my new EX35!

I highly recommend Crest Infiniti to anyone that is in the market for a car. During my recent purchase, I worked with Caleb Brosin. Caleb immediately made me feel like family and treated me as such. After the purchase, my new EX 35 was placed in a private showroom in the back. For the next 30 minutes or so, Crest showed me everything about my new car and setup my bluetooth and navigation. This was such a great perk and set the dealership apart. Caleb and Crest set the bar for how customers should be treated when purchasing a car. Thank you so much!

I have no intension to buy an Infiniti in the past. After I stepped into the CrestInfiniti, the excellent service of the sale rep,Mr. Dan Fletcher changed my mind. After the road test, the excellent performances of Infiniti G37 changed my plan. When they offered me the price which was very good. Their financial officier not even pushing me to buy any extra warranty or package. Not wasting any of my time. The service rep, Myile explaned to me on setting up the radio, blue tooth very detail. Because of Duncan, the sale manager, CrestInfiniti have an excellent team-work. If you want, need or looking for a new car or another new car. I highly recommend you to go to CrestInfiniti before you go to other auto dealer. This is my first Infiniti. For sure, I will go back to CrestInfiniti to have my 2nd, 3rd......

CrestInfiniti is the best. Professional. Nice. Grest. Good job.
