Q50

In 2021, the INFINITI Q50 luxury sedan doesn’t change much from the previous year. It continues its streak of bringing many appealing qualities, including a winning combination of luxury and power. The Q50 is powered by a few engines, including a 400 HP beast in the Red Sport 400.

The Q50 pairs its impressive power with a state-of-the-art and ultra-luxurious interior featuring a new infotainment system with smartphone pairing. There are several Q50 trims to choose from that can be accessorized and tailored to your liking with multiple packages and add-on features.

First in line for the 2021 Q50 family is the 3.0t Pure. This trim level has much to offer with exterior LED lights all around. Its conveniences include keyless entry and ignition for a fast start. The base trim starts with leather upholstery, and both of its front seats are power-adjustable. There are two standard touchscreen displays on the base level that are compatible with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. A six-speaker sound system is standard on this trim.

It also gets some notable safety features, including forward-collision warning and automatic emergency braking. Next up is the 3.0t Luxe, which has a few upgrades. Two packages are available for this trim, including the ProAssist and the Essential. The Edition 30, includes all the previous standard features on the first two trims. It also has custom trim-specific styling inside and out. Following the Edition 30 is the 3.0t Sport, which has special sporty front seats and a concert-quality 16-speaker Bose sound system. This trim’s mechanical system is more performance-oriented with larger brakes, adaptive dampers, custom bumpers, and a transmission system with paddle shifters.

The last trim in the lineup is the Red Sport 400, which has a unique, bold red exterior color and matching red interior motif. Additional safety features are available through the ProActive package.

Two engine choices are offered with the 2021 INFINITI Q50. The first engine is a 3.0L V6. Its power output reaches 300 HP, and its peak torque is right behind at 295 LB-FT. The second engine, which is standard on the Red Sport 400, upgrades to a peak power rating of 400 HP and 350 LB-FT in torque. All trims offer all-wheel drive and come with an automatic transmission.
