Available in the latest Acura models, the AcuraLink multimedia system doesn’t provide as many advanced features for travel. However, the AcuraLink mobile application is loaded with plenty of convenient services, such as Last Mile Navigation, Send Destination, and Stolen Vehicle Locator. You can also use the AcuraLink app to start the vehicle or unlock the doors remotely. Similarly, the INFINITI app includes the Remote Door Lock/Unlock, Remote Engine Start/Stop, and Vehicle and Remote Lights/Horn. Using Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa, you could remotely manage your INFINITI car through simple speech commands. Delivering premium concierge services behind the wheel, the INFINITI Personal Assistant makes you more productive throughout the day. This assistant can make hotel and dining reservations on your behalf. The INFINITI InTouch suite also includes more than 10 security features, such as the Drive Zone, Max Speed, and Valet Alerts. The Maintenance Note and Vehicle Health Report provide important notifications on the car’s maintenance schedule. If you’re involved in a crash, the Automatic Collision Notification and Emergency Call are readily available. Additionally, the INFINITI Specialist may dispatch towing and other services to your location. Despite having the Geofence Alert and a security alarm, the AcuraLink app doesn’t offer many security features as the InTouch suite.
